How do you personalize the students' work without making them feel different/less adequate if they are given easier work for instance? How personalized should the teaching be; individual or in groups?

If in Spain the number of students per class is increasing to 35 or so, do you thing that this method is possible to carry? Do you think it would be effective?

If a student sees that he/she is not capable to have a high level set of activities because he/she is not good at English, can she/he feel frustrated when some mates from the same class have a higher level? If yes. how would you it?

Differentiation is also the students' behaviour, isn't it? So, if some students have bad behaviour, would you give them different tasks from the rest due to this reason?

What does "differentiation by product" mean? To what we do refer when talking about the product? Why do we need to do that?
